John Flynn co-founded the firm and provides compliance oversight on investment operations and risks. John has over 20 years of financial services experience and is a highly skilled and versatile regulatory and governance specialist with investment management and operational experience. He served as investment manager, head of dealing and operations for Barnett Waddingham Investments. Prior to that, he served various roles including Head of Compliance for Barnett Waddingham LLP and Practice Director in St James’s Place Partnership. John is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Society of Financial Advisers.
